This is a joint venture of CBM India Trust Banagalore ( A German based international organization) and The Hans Foundation. There are three organization assigned for the programme and programme is being implemented in four development of Uttarakhand. Sanjeevani has been working as lead partner in the programme and implementing the programme in two development of Almora district namely development block Chaukhutia and Syaldey.
Goal of the project: “To improve the quality of life of the persons with disabilities through inclusive development in Uttarakhand by 20120.”
Specific objectives: “To enhance the sustainable livelihood opportunities of persons with disabilities in the three Districts (Almora, Dehradun and Rudraprayag) of four blocks (Syaldey, Chaukhutia, Chakrata and Ukhimath) in state Uttarakhand by 2020.”

- Formation of 372 Commuinty based inclusive groups (CBIG)
- Formation of 4 Disable People Organisation (DPOs)
- Formation of 4 Farmers Producers Organisation (FPOs) and bank inclusion.
- Skill training of people with disabilities as trainers for farm and non-farm activity
- Demonstration and skill transfer units
- Skill and technique transfer of knowledge in community
- Business Plan Development
- Seed money for people with disabilities to support business plan
- International day for persons with disabilities
- Networking, liaison and linkage with government and other likeminded organisations
- Financial Inclusion of 100 linking persons with disabilities and other vulnerable section with Mudra Bank and lead banks for financial inclusion
- Agriculture Schemes linked to people with disabilities
- Development of inclusive agribusiness Kendra
- Sustainability of FPOs
